Why did you open Nos Nos?
We wanted to create a space where people could come together over great coffee and good vibes. Imsouane has an amazing surf and travel community, and we felt there was a need for a spot that truly embraced that lifestyle—where people could share stories, unwind after a surf session, and enjoy specialty drinks made with care.
What does Nos Nos mean?
“Nos Nos” translates to “half-half” in Moroccan Arabic and refers to the way Moroccans order their coffee—half espresso, half milk. It’s a simple, everyday favorite here in Morocco, and we loved the name because it represents both the local culture and the balance we aim to create at the café.
